Ban condemns killing of French aid in Niger by Al Qaeda.
United Nations, July 26 .- The secretary general of the Organization of United Nations (UN), Ban Ki-moon today condemned the killing by Al Qaeda of cooperating Germaneau French Michel, who worked on humanitarian projects in Africa's Sahel region.
